Day 20 We're going....

SWEET

"Why must my Mum put me in bows the size of my head?"

This is me telling London that we will be going home....
for a little while anyways.

This is London being so overcome with JOY and EXCITEMENT!!

LuLu is as stable as someone could be under her set of unfortunate circumstances, so we will go home today. (Yay.) And wait however long, until we are told to come back. Seeing as though I have become an honorary nurse this last year..I can do everything at home that they are now doing for her here. So we might as well be there. A family again, for a little while. Until we do this whole crazy thing over with a "new-to-her", whole liver for our little LuLu. Only God knows when that will be...we have no idea, but are told sooner than later with where she stands with UNOS.

Home Sweet Home! I'm so glad to hear it. Hospitals are just no fun (not that you need to be told)...there's just no place like home. Wonderful news!

That's GREAT news!!! We are so happy that you get to be home as family and I'm sure you make the best nurse ever, especially to sweet lulu. She's such a doll! That's so exciting and I'm sure Jonah and your sweet husband are pumped to have their girls back. :)

I am so happy for you. I am sad that I won't be able to dance to Bob with Lulu. I will miss you and London. God be with you until I see you again. Love you all

I was reading in Third Nephi Chapter 13 last night and was taken back emotionally by the love our Savior has for the little ones. As I pictured this scene from the scriptures of Him gathering the little ones and asking the sick, the blind, the deaf etc. to come forward to He could heal them, I was overcome with joy at the Love He has for His little angles...for baby Lulu and for the rest of his sweet children who are sick. I know you're busy, but I'd hope you would take a minute to read this chapter and I know you will find joy and comfort as you do. Again we love your sweet family and I'm sure she's so excited to be home!

Nothing like being at home! So, so happy for you guys. Cut the bangs thanks to you "they're just bangs, they'll grow back" comment. Jury is still out on my end too. I misread your post about Jonah and realized it's NEXT week that he's up here. I'll call you this weekend to set-up our playdate - if that's still cool. If plans have changed since you're home, I'll patiently wait 'til you're ready for us to play again.

Much love to you!

Hi Liz,

I had lunch with Cyd over Christmas and she told me about London. I just wanted to tell you that she, and the rest of your beautiful family, are in my prayers.

Love,
Christy (Cook) Pica
(in New Jersey)
